We have up to date leaflets, published by the National Alzheimer’s Society freely available, or you can download them from the national website by selecting 
A warm welcome awaits you at our Carer’s Centre in Stony Stratford. Come and talk to our staff, volunteers and other carers.
We have training days specially designed for someone caring for a person with dementia, and a programme of social activities. Including monthly Coffee Mornings.
One to one support available, Please ring for an appointment.
We can visit you at home if you are unable to come to the branch office.
