Carers

Anyone supporting a person, with any form of dementia. either in the carers home, in the home of the one being cared for, in hospital or in a care home.

Former Carers

Anyone who has lost the person they cared for.

Carers Group Meetings

These are held every Wednesday 10.30 am to 12.30 pm at the Stables. They are staff led and everyone has a chance to discuss their problems. Former Carers are welcome to attend, to maintain friendships and to give the benefit of their experiences.

Former Carers Group Meetings

These are for Former Carers only, They are held every two weeks, on Thursdays, at the Stables 10.30am to 12.30pm. They are intended to be informal social affairs, with light refreshments, where you can maintain old friendships, and, hopefully start new ones.

Coffee Mornings

These are held one Thursday each month. 10.30am to 12.30pm at the Stables.

To help pay for the refreshments etc, we ask for a donation of 1.00 per person.

The Coffee Mornings are for everyone, including where possible, those being cared for.

Where possible we arrange some entertainment, singers, magicians etc.

Craft Mornings

These are held every Tuesday and Friday from 10.00am to 12.30pm at the Stables. All are welcome - come along and share your handiwork skills, learn new ones or just have coffee and a chat.
